Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's functional limitations and craft targeted, goal-driven therapy plans built around what matters most to them
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven therapeutic techniques to improve fine motor function, cognitive performance, and activities of daily living
• Champion Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, holistic rehabilitation
• Educate and Empower: Teach patients and their support networks practical skills and home strategies that extend the impact of in-clinic therapy
• Track Progress and Refine Care: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor outcomes, and adapt treatment approaches to ensure every patient keeps moving forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education enthusiastically supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential required
• NBCOT certification required
