Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's functional challenges and craft tailored treatment strategies that support meaningful, measurable progress toward their personal goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven techniques to address deficits in fine motor skills, cognition, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver integrated, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Provide clear, compassionate guidance to patients and their families on how to continue therapeutic progress outside of clinical sessions
• Track and Adapt: Maintain detailed clinical documentation, monitor patient outcomes, and refine treatment plans to keep each individual on the path to recovery

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Advanced certifications and continuing education opportunities are actively supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
