What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle searches from the very first intake call all the way through the close, developing a deep understanding of each client's hiring needs, pain points, organizational culture, and long-term vision. You will not just be a recruiter to your clients. You will be their strategic partner, the person they call when something important is on the line.

You will source and engage top candidates using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your own hard-earned network and our built-in communications tools. You will manage pipelines, automate follow-ups, and stay organized inside a single streamlined interface that is designed to work as fast as you do. Your focus will lean toward permanent placements that create lasting value for clients and strong, uncapped commission for you. And as we continue to grow our thought leadership presence in the market, you will have the opportunity to grow yours right alongside it.

You will receive hands-on marketing support designed specifically to grow your personal recruiter brand, including custom landing pages, targeted outreach campaigns, and lead generation assets that work while you sleep. Our back-end recruiting operations team handles contracts, credentialing, copywriting, and compliance so those details never slow you down. You will earn through a performance-based compensation structure featuring some of the highest commission rates in the industry, no cap, no ceiling, no arbitrary limits on what you can make. And you will do all of this from wherever you do your best thinking, because this role is fully remote and completely flexible.

Who We Are Looking For

You have two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience under your belt. You either have a solid grasp of the healthcare landscape or you are genuinely eager to develop one, because we have coaches ready to get you there. You are skilled at building client relationships and equally skilled at closing. You move comfortably inside ATS and CRM systems. And somewhere underneath the experience and the credentials, you have the mindset of an entrepreneur. You are not just looking for a job. You are looking to build something.
