Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Partner closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Empower patients and their support systems through clear education on therapeutic objectives, home exercise programs, and discharge readiness
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Contribute meaningfully to interdisciplinary care conferences and collaborative rounds

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of California
• CPR certification preferred
• Advanced or specialty certifications in areas such as geriatrics, neurology, or orthopedics are welcomed but not required

Skills
