Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care across the full lifespan, from newborns and pediatric patients through senior adults and geriatric populations.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic disease states, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns within a patient-centered framework.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret relevant diagnostic tests, and craft individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Collaborate meaningfully with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and multi-disciplinary team members to deliver truly integrated whole-person care.
• Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives, clinical innovation efforts, and practice-wide operational enhancements that elevate patient outcomes.
• Maintain thorough, timely, and accurate clinical documentation utilizing modern electronic medical record platforms.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited and recognized medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency training program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active California medical license or demonstrated eligibility to obtain licensure.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
