What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous primary care for patients spanning all life stages, from young children to older adults.
• Diagnose and manage chronic diseases, preventive health needs, acute conditions, and behavioral health concerns with thoughtfulness and precision.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Partner closely with care coordinators, mental health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.
• Engage actively in quality improvement efforts designed to elevate clinical outcomes and streamline practice operations.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation through an electronic medical records platform.
• Extend your reach through in-person visits and telehealth appointments, meeting patients wherever they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
