Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and craft personalized treatment programs that reflect each patient's unique goals, challenges, and strengths
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve patients' fine motor function, cognitive performance, and ability to carry out meaningful daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner daily with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver fully integrated, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide hands-on education and practical strategies so patients and their support networks can continue making progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation and continuously evaluate outcomes to ensure every patient's plan evolves as they do

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development, specialty certifications, and continuing education actively supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT certification in good standing required
