Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough evaluations to understand each patient's unique challenges and craft personalized treatment plans aimed at restoring their highest level of function
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-driven techniques to improve patients' cognitive function, fine and gross motor skills, and activities of daily living
• Partner Across Disciplines: Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver holistic, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide meaningful education and hands-on training to patients and caregivers so that therapeutic progress continues well beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Carefully document clinical outcomes, reassess goals regularly, and adapt treatment strategies to keep each patient moving forward

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are warmly welcomed and actively supported

Certifications

• Valid, active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
