What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary platform and your own professional network
 

* Initiate meaningful outreach to prospective candidates, introducing them to career opportunities through MLR
 

* Schedule key appointments between candidates and our experienced recruiting team for in-depth screening conversations
 

* Stay engaged with your leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up that keeps candidates moving forward
 

* Keep candidate records current and organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings scheduled, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach

How Compensation Works
