Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient assessments that encompass physical exams and in-depth reviews of medical histories
• Assist in diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and analyzing lab results

• Provide essential intraoperative support, including preparing the operating room, ensuring proper patient positioning, and managing surgical tools during procedures
• Deliver exemplary pre- and post-operative care, encompassing medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education

Education

• Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Experience with surgical rotations is highly desirable

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant
