What You Will Do

• Conduct both standard and advanced clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, and immunology—adhering to protocol standards.
• Evaluate results to ensure precision, address discrepancies, and carry out routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen procurement and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment while complying with regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Expectations

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Maintain your certification throughout your time with us.
