What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to patients across all life stages—from newborns to older adults—with warmth and clinical precision.
• Manage acute illnesses, chronic disease, preventive health, and behavioral health needs using a patient-centered, whole-person framework.
• Perform thorough physical exams, order and interpret diagnostics, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique circumstances.
• Work in close collaboration with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and referral partners to close care gaps and drive better outcomes.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts that elevate the patient experience and operational performance of the practice.
• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation using electronic medical record systems with efficiency and attention to detail.
• See patients both in-person and through telemedicine platforms to meet evolving care preferences and access needs.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active California medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
