What You'll Do

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to opportunities, and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule appointments between candidates and MLR's seasoned recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate leads through consistent, thoughtful follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the hiring journey
 

* Keep candidate records accurate and current within our applicant tracking system
 

* Generate commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach

How You'll Be Paid
