Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy strategies that support their functional ambitions.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Employ evidence-based interventions to improve patients’ motor function, cognitive abilities, and daily living skills.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide all-encompassing, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Offer guidance to patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques that promote continuous improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Regularly assess clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal patient results.

Education

• Accredited degree in Occupational Therapy
• Encouragement for ongoing education and additional certifications supported

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is a must
