Description – Your Role Awaits

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—with precision and under established protocols.
• Thoroughly analyze results for reliability, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform necessary maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments to ensure their optimal performance.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare them for testing as required.
• Document all processes meticulously, mentor new staff or students, and maintain high-quality lab standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe workspace while adhering to regulatory compliance and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) is required to be obtained within one year of your hire date.
• Current certification must be maintained throughout employment.
