What You Will Do Day to Day

• Deliver comprehensive, longitudinal care to patients across all life stages, from newborns to older adults.

• Perform thorough physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic testing, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Work in close collaboration with care coordinators, specialists, and behavioral health clinicians to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement efforts and practice-wide initiatives aimed at raising the standard of patient outcomes.
• Document accurately and efficiently within a modern EMR platform designed to minimize administrative burden.
• Provide care through both in-person visits and telehealth appointments to serve your patient panel with flexibility and convenience.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active board eligibility).
• Active Colorado medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
