Registered Nurse - Patient Care Unit

Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient care. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborating with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, medications, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed plans.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current license to practice in Colorado (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN or BSN).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (can be obtained upon hire).
• Prior nursing experience is preferred but not required.
