We're growing our team of commission-based Account Executives who serve as the first handshake between elite healthcare professionals and the organizations that need them most. What You'll Do

* Identify and source prospective healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary tools combined with your own growing network
 

* Initiate outreach to qualified candidates, introducing them to opportunities and assessing their readiness to explore next steps
 

* Schedule and coordinate appointments between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Maintain thoughtful follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and keep momentum alive throughout the hiring process
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission tied to meetings set, interviews conducted, and successful placements originating from your outreach

How You'll Be Paid

Your earning structure includes:
