Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct comprehensive assessments and craft personalized occupational therapy programs aligned with each patient's functional goals and lifestyle needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply current, research-supported techniques to improve patients' motor function, cognitive ability, and performance in activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver whole-person, integrated care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their support networks through therapeutic strategies that reinforce progress beyond the clinical setting
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and continuously evaluate patient progress to adapt treatment approaches as needed

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure in good standing
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
