We are actively seeking experienced, entrepreneurially minded recruiters to join MLR as Senior Medical and Healthcare Recruiters on a Partner Track. This is not just a job. It is a launchpad. What You Will Do

You will own the full recruiting lifecycle from the very first intake conversation all the way through a successful close. You will serve as a true partner to your clients, developing a deep understanding of their hiring needs, their culture, and the pain points keeping their HR teams up at night. Using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your own well-cultivated network, you will source with precision and purpose. You will leverage our communications tools to automate follow-ups, manage candidate pipelines, and stay organized without the chaos that typically bogs down high-volume recruiters. You will prioritize permanent placements that generate lasting value for your clients and strong, recurring income for you. And as MLR continues to grow its voice in the healthcare space, you will have the opportunity to contribute to thought leadership efforts that elevate both our brand and your own.

What You Will Get

Our back-end operations team will handle contracts, credentialing, compliance, and copywriting so you can stay focused on relationships and revenue. Your compensation is performance-based with high commission rates that exceed industry norms, no cap, no ceiling, and no artificial limits on what you can earn. And because great work does not require a specific zip code, this role is fully remote with complete flexibility over how and where you work.

Ideal Candidate

The right person for this role brings two to three or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience. A working knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus, though we are fully prepared to coach driven professionals who are ready to learn. You are skilled at managing client relationships from first conversation to signed offer, and you move through ATS and CRM systems with confidence. Most importantly, you have an entrepreneurial spirit and a genuine desire to build something that lasts.
