MLR is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team near Gilcrest, Colorado. In this role, you’ll assess and treat patients with diverse physical conditions, supporting their recovery, helping them regain independence, and improving their quality of life—all while working with the nation’s leading critical access hospital. As part of our team, you’ll deliver hands-on care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and play a key role in our patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patients' physical conditions, focusing on strength, flexibility, and posture.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to help patients achieve their goals.
Educate patients on techniques for enhancing recovery and preventing future injuries.
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic, comprehensive care.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent.
Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
