Key Responsibilities:

Conduct laboratory tests on patient samples with precision and efficiency.
Analyze and interpret test results, providing essential information to healthcare providers.
Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment to ensure top performance.
Adhere to strict quality control protocols, safety guidelines, and infection prevention measures.
Collaborate closely with healthcare teams to support patient care and inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field.
ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology) certification or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience as a Medical Technologist is a plus, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
