Responsibilities

In this Surgical Technologist role, you will:

• Prepare and maintain the sterile field for all surgical procedures

• Ensure all equipment and instrumentation are properly sterilized and available
• Adhere to AORN standards and surgical safety protocols

• Assist with stocking, ordering, and maintaining surgical supplies

Qualifications

Education

• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

Licensure & Certifications

• Active or eligible Surgical Technologist license in Colorado
• BLS certification (may be obtained upon hire)
• Certification such as CST (NBSTSA) or TS-C (NCCT) preferred

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of recent operating room (OR) experience preferred
• Experience across multiple surgical specialties is a plus

Skills

• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and surgical instrumentation
• Ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced operating room environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
