Your Responsibilities

• Scrutinize test results for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and perform routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment.
• Assist with specimen collection and accurately prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all procedures, provide training for new personnel or students, and ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe, and compliant work environment, ensuring observance of regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Continued maintenance of certification throughout your tenure.
