What You Will Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates using MLR's proprietary platform and your own professional network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR's opportunities, and assess their level of interest
 

* Coordinate and schedule discovery meetings between interested candidates and our internal recruiting team
 

* Nurture candidate relationships through consistent and thoughtful follow-up
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn commission tied directly to scheduled meetings, interviews conducted, and successful placements originating from your outreach
