Your Role as a CT Technologist:

You’ll play a vital role in capturing diagnostic images that help drive accurate medical decisions. From prepping patients to producing high-quality images, your attention to detail and care are critical.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform CT Scans: Execute high-quality diagnostic procedures with precision and efficiency.
• Patient Interaction: Explain procedures, ensure patient comfort, and maintain a calm environment throughout.
• Clinical Teamwork: Collaborate with radiologists and providers for accurate interpretation and reporting.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct quality checks and maintain imaging equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Radiation Safety: Adhere to ALARA principles and institutional radiation safety policies.
• Documentation: Accurately log imaging procedures and patient details in EMRs.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Certifications:
  • ARRT (R) required.
  • ARRT (CT) preferred or must be obtained within 6–12 months of hire.
  • Delaware Radiologic Technologist license required.
• Experience: 1+ years of CT experience preferred; open to strong new grads.
• Other Requirements: BLS certification.
