Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough patient assessments and craft targeted, goal-oriented treatment strategies tailored to each person's unique functional needs
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply clinically proven therapeutic techniques to improve patients' motor performance, cognitive function, and ability to carry out activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner meaningfully with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, whole-person care
• Empower Patients and Families: Provide education and hands-on training so patients and their loved ones can continue therapeutic progress beyond the clinic walls
• Track Progress and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, measure outcomes consistently, and adapt treatment plans to ensure each patient stays on their path to recovery

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education are actively encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Valid, active OTR/L licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
