What You Will Do

You will own full-cycle recruiting searches from the very first intake call all the way through the signed offer letter. No hand-offs, no fragmented processes - just you, your network, and a platform designed to amplify every move you make.

You will develop genuine partnerships with healthcare clients, taking the time to understand not just their open roles but their culture, their challenges, and their long-term vision. You will source candidates strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS, layered with your own hard-won network and our built-in communications platform that keeps your outreach organized and your follow-ups on autopilot.

Permanent placements will be your north star. They create lasting value for your clients and generate the kind of commission that rewards the full weight of your expertise. You will also play a role in shaping thought leadership as we grow our brand - and in the process, grow yours.

You are comfortable managing complex client relationships, navigating ATS and CRM systems, and closing competitive offers in fast-moving markets.
