Description

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations across pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations using both standardized assessments and clinical observation.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that target meaningful communication, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing goals.
• Deliver direct, one-on-one speech-language therapy interventions tailored to each patient's unique profile and lived experience.
• Partner with occupational therapists, physical therapists, physicians, nurses, families, and caregivers to deliver cohesive, whole-person care.
• Provide thorough patient and family education, empowering carry-over of skills into everyday environments.
• Support inpatient evaluations and interventions as needed to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and facility-specific standards.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and contribute to a team culture of evidence-based, collaborative practice.

Education

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for those not yet holding ASHA certification.

Certifications
