Description

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations across inpatient or outpatient settings and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, balance, and functional independence
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, case managers, and fellow rehab specialists to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Guide patients and their support systems through therapeutic goals, home exercise programs, and discharge planning strategies
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Engage in interdisciplinary care conferences and team rounds to support continuity and coordination of care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualifying degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Florida
• CPR certification preferred
• Advanced or specialty certifications such as neurological or geriatric PT are welcomed but not required

Skills

• Prior clinical experience is strongly preferred
