Role Responsibilities

• Deliver full-spectrum, longitudinal care to patients across all age groups, from newborns to elderly adults.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of acute conditions, chronic illnesses, and preventive health needs.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, review and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results, and craft individualized care plans.
• Work hand-in-hand with behavioral health professionals, care coordinators, and specialist networks to ensure no patient falls through the cracks.
• Champion quality improvement efforts and actively contribute to practice-wide clinical initiatives.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation within the electronic medical records system.
• Provide care through both in-office appointments and telehealth visits to meet patients wherever they are.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (required).
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
