Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient holistically and build customized treatment programs aligned with their personal functional goals

• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with PTs, STs, physicians, nurses, and social workers to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
• Educate and Empower: Guide patients and their families in understanding home exercise strategies and therapeutic techniques that extend progress beyond the clinic
• Track Outcomes and Refine Approaches: Maintain thorough documentation, measure clinical milestones, and continuously adapt treatment plans to ensure every patient stays on the path forward

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
• Pursuit of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is enthusiastically encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential in the state of Florida
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
