Job Responsibilities

• Perform thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history reviews
• Participate in assessing and diagnosing surgical conditions by interpreting imaging studies and laboratory tests
• Work closely with surgeons to develop and implement individualized surgical plans
• Provide essential intraoperative support, including preparing operating rooms, patient positioning, and instrument delivery during surgeries
• Ensure outstanding pre- and post-operative care, incorporating medication management, wound care, discharge planning, and patient education

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program
• Clinical experience with a surgical focus preferred

Certifications

• Active and unrestricted PA-C certification
• BLS and ACLS certifications necessary
• State licensure (or eligibility) for Physician Assistants
