Description

• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with facility protocols and state and federal regulations

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent qualifying degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida
• CPR certification preferred
