What You'll Be Doing

* Identify and source qualified healthcare candidates through our proprietary tools and your personal network
 

* Initiate outreach to prospective candidates, introduce them to MLR, and assess their interest and availability
 

* Coordinate and schedule meetings between candidates and our internal recruiting team for in-depth conversations
 

* Nurture your pipeline by following up consistently and keeping candidates engaged throughout the process
 

* Keep candidate records current and accurate within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn tiered commission based on appointments set, interviews completed, and placements that originate from your outreach
