Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive longitudinal care for patients of all ages, from newborns to older adults, with a warm, whole-person approach.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic diseases, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns in an integrated care model.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic workups, and craft individualized treatment and wellness plans.
• Work in close collaboration with care coordinators, behavioral health specialists, and consulting physicians to ensure seamless, patient-centered outcomes.
• Actively contribute to quality improvement programs and value-based care initiatives designed to elevate both patient results and practice performance.
• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation using electronic medical record systems.
• Serve patients through both in-person visits and telehealth encounters to maximize access and convenience.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (ABFM or AOBFP).
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
