* Schedule qualified appointments between candidates and our senior recruiting team for in-depth screening and next steps
 

* Keep leads warm through thoughtful follow-up that supports candidates throughout their journey
 

* Maintain detailed, accurate records within our applicant tracking system so nothing falls through the cracks
 

* Earn layered commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and successful placements originating from your outreach
