You will manage searches from first conversation to signed offer, nurture real client partnerships, and leverage one of the most capable recruiting platforms in the space. What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake call all the way through to a closed placement. You run the process, and we back you up every step of the way.

Act as a True Client Partner by going beyond surface-level job orders. You will dig into hiring pain points, team culture, and long-term workforce strategy to deliver candidates that actually stick.

Source with Precision using our proprietary CRM and ATS, your own hard-earned network, and a communications platform built to make outreach faster and smarter.

Leverage the Full Platform to manage your pipeline, automate follow-ups, track every touchpoint, and stay organized without the chaos.

Prioritize Permanent Placements that generate lasting value for the clients you serve and serious commission income for you.

Ideal Candidate

You bring 2 to 3 or more years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience and a natural ability to manage relationships and close offers. You are comfortable inside ATS and CRM systems, and you bring an entrepreneurial spirit that is hungry to build something with real staying power. A background in healthcare is a strong plus, but a genuine willingness to learn is something we can absolutely work with - coaching is part of how we operate.
