• Evaluate test results for correctness, address discrepancies, and ensure instruments are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Assist in specimen collection and prepare samples for a variety of tests as required.
• Keep thorough records of all laboratory procedures, train new personnel or students, and strive to maintain high-quality lab practices.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or related allied health field with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) Certificate to be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure.
