Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough assessments to understand each patient's unique challenges and craft goal-oriented therapy programs tailored to their lifestyle and recovery needs
• Deliver Skilled Therapeutic Interventions: Apply research-supported techniques to improve patients' fine motor function, cognitive performance, sensory processing, and activities of daily living
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and case managers to deliver seamless, whole-person care
• Educate and Empower: Provide meaningful instruction to patients and their families or caregivers, equipping them with strategies to support continued progress beyond the clinic
• Track Progress and Refine Treatment: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, evaluate outcomes consistently, and modify care plans to reflect each patient's evolving needs

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Post-graduate certifications and continuing education pursuits are welcomed and actively supported

Certifications

• Valid and active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) licensure
• NBCOT certification required prior to or at time of hire
