Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Setting up and organizing the operating room prior to each surgical procedure
• Upholding sterile technique and enforcing strict infection prevention protocols throughout every case
• Passing instruments, sutures, and supplies to surgeons and surgical assistants with precision and anticipation
• Managing and maintaining all surgical equipment before, during, and following procedures
• Tracking inventory and ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready
• Partnering with anesthesiologists, circulating nurses, and the broader OR team to deliver seamless, patient-centered care
• Performing accurate surgical counts and maintaining thorough documentation

Education Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Certifications Needed:

• Active CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential is required
• Current BLS certification, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
