Role Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, continuous care to patients of all ages, spanning pediatric through geriatric populations.
• Diagnose and manage acute illnesses, chronic disease, preventive health needs, and behavioral health concerns with a whole-person philosophy.
• Perform thorough physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and craft individualized care plans tailored to each patient.
• Work closely with care coordinators, specialists, and behavioral health professionals to ensure seamless, integrated care delivery.
• Engage actively in quality improvement projects aimed at elevating both patient experience and clinical outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, thorough documentation using electronic medical record systems.
• Provide both in-person and telehealth visits to meet patients wherever they are in their health journey.

Education Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Successful completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine (or active pursuit of certification).
• Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
