What You'll Be Doing

• Performing thorough patient evaluations, ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies, and developing individualized, evidence-based care plans
• Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, and episodic conditions — independently or in collaboration with supervising physicians, depending on credentialing
• Guiding patients and their families through health education, preventive care strategies, and long-term disease management
• Prescribing medications and coordinating therapeutic interventions within your established scope of practice
• Following up with patients to monitor treatment outcomes and adjust care plans as needed
• Partnering with interdisciplinary clinical teams to deliver seamless, whole-person care
• Maintaining complete, accurate, and timely documentation within electronic medical records (EMR) platforms

Education Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited institution
• Completion of an approved and accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Required Certifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the state of Florida
• National board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C through AANP or ANCC) or an applicable specialty equivalent
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications, or the ability to obtain both within 90 days of hire
