Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Conduct thorough patient evaluations and craft personalized treatment strategies that align with each individual's functional goals and lifestyle needs

• Champion Collaborative Care: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver well-rounded, whole-person rehabilitation
• Empower Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers therapeutic methods and compensatory strategies to support continued progress beyond the clinic walls

Education

• Graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program

Certifications

• Current and active Occupational Therapist Registered / Licensed (OTR/L) credential
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
