Description

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients across inpatient and outpatient settings and develop personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions targeting strength, mobility, coordination, and functional independence
• Work closely alongside physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and interdisciplinary rehab colleagues to drive optimal patient outcomes
• Provide patients and their families with clear education around therapeutic objectives, home exercise programs, and safe discharge transitions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with facility protocols and regulatory standards
• Engage actively in care team meetings, rounds, and interdisciplinary conferences to promote a coordinated, whole-patient approach to care

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida
• CPR certification preferred
