* Coordinate and schedule discovery calls between interested candidates and our experienced recruiting team
 

* Nurture leads through consistent and thoughtful follow-up to keep momentum alive throughout the process
 

* Keep candidate records current and well-organized within our applicant tracking system
 

* Earn performance-based commissions tied to meetings booked, interviews completed, and placements originating from your outreach

Your Earning Structure
