What You Will Do

Own Full-Cycle Searches from the initial intake call all the way through a successful close. You will not be handed half a process and left to figure out the rest.

Act as a True Client Partner by developing a genuine understanding of each organization you serve — their hiring philosophy, their pain points, their culture, and their long-term vision.

Source Strategically using our proprietary CRM and ATS platform alongside your own professional network and our built-in communications tools, ensuring your outreach is targeted, timely, and effective.

Leverage Our All-In-One Platform to manage candidate pipelines, automate follow-ups, track every touchpoint, and stay organized without the chaos of juggling multiple disconnected tools.

You are confident managing client relationships from first conversation to signed offer, comfortable navigating ATS and CRM platforms, and motivated by the idea of building something meaningful over the long term.
