Description – What You Will Do

• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across various domains including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more, adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and ensure lab instruments receive preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new personnel and uphold high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, secure work environment, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A Bachelor’s degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Maintain current certification throughout your employment.
