Job Description

• Create Customized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs and craft personalized therapy strategies to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to promote motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily activities.
• Collaborate with Team Members: Engage with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff for comprehensive, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Provide instruction on therapy techniques to support ongoing recovery and progress.
• Track and Adjust Treatment: Monitor patient development and modify plans as necessary to keep everyone on track.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Ongoing education or relevant certifications strongly encouraged and supported.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
