Job Description

• Design Individualized Care Plans: Assess each patient's unique functional challenges and craft tailored occupational therapy programs aligned with their personal recovery goals
• Deliver Evidence-Based Interventions: Apply proven, research-supported techniques to restore motor function, cognitive performance, and independence in daily activities
• Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, physicians, nursing staff, and social workers to deliver comprehensive, whole-person care
• Educate Patients and Their Support Systems: Equip patients and caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need to carry progress forward beyond the clinic walls
• Track and Refine Outcomes: Maintain thorough clinical documentation, monitor patient progress, and adapt treatment strategies to ensure consistent, measurable results

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing professional development, post-graduate certifications, and continuing education strongly supported

Certifications

• Current, active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) licensure required
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
